We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 5-7 working days after the order has been placed. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. In some cases, due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may be longer. If this is the case, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated shipping timeframe.
Shipping Rates:
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, which will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. We currently only ship within the Globe.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
